“DREAM BIG” I was taught recently. Don’t get caught up in the “how to’s” because I am unable to fathom the capabilities of this Universe which is conspiring with me to take my dreams into realities!

This was such an interesting concept for me – to trust and to put my stuff out there. I started 3 years ago with a picture frame that had 21 4×6 spaces and photoshopped 21 things to fill them up. It’s how I got my brand new car! Now I have a personal experience with putting my dreams out to the Universe without worrying about how it will materialize.

On one of the spaces I photoshopped, the vision was that I would embrace “Infinite Possibilities. I am the Creator of my own destiny. I choose a direction and the Universe conspires with me to make it happen.” And here I am today with this vision firmly embedded in my belief system. Happy Smile!

I am now doing a different thing. I have a glass bottle with a cork “Message In A Bottle” down the side and a cork top! I have some colourful squares of paper and colourful tiny elastics. Today my practice is to write down a dream or a vision, fold it up, elastic it and as I drop it in is like drop it in the bottle, I am giving it up into the Universe and letting it go. So fun! I don’t know what I am going to do with it yet but that’s okay because down the road it will become clear.

Dreaming and wanting things for myself is still new for me. I lived so much of my life where my needs and desires were what “you” wanted it was a difficult process turning the attention inward. It was so surreal and distressing for me when I realized that I didn’t even know what my favourite foods were because I didn’t know if I actually liked them or if it was because “you” liked them.

Today I am becoming more and more clear on what it is that I like and want. How beautiful to be able to Dream Big and write it down knowing there is a possibility it could come true! Exciting! Maybe I will see that Sasquatch after all! Wink.
